Yes. The free plan includes up to 100 tasks per list, 3 lists per workspace, unlimited workspaces, all tasks view, today view, and due dates. No credit card required, no time limit.
What do I get with Pro?
Pro unlocks team features: invite members, assign tasks, set per-list permissions, and access the Team Today view. You also get unlimited lists per workspace. Pro is billed per seat — the workspace owner pays for each member.
How does per-seat billing work?
You only pay for members in a specific workspace. If you have 4 team members in a Pro workspace, you pay £5 × 4 per month. Your other workspaces remain free unless you upgrade them too.
Can I try Pro before paying?

What happens to completed tasks?
Completed tasks are kept for 14 days so you can review recent work. After that, they're automatically cleaned up to keep your workspace tidy. You can also archive tasks to keep them for up to 90 days.
What are shareable status pages?
Any list can generate a unique shareable link. Anyone with the link can see the list's progress — what's in progress, upcoming, and recently completed — without needing an account or access to your workspace.
